What we collect

The site requires no account and uses no cookies or tracking tools. When you send the quote or partner form, your details go straight to Cloud Match's email inbox and are not stored on the site. The forms ask only for what we need to reply.

How we use your data

We use your request to reply, prepare the quote or review a partner application, on the basis of your consent. We may share the necessary details with the provider or partner you choose.

Services your data passes through

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and form submissions are delivered by Cloudflare's email service to Cloud Match's mailbox at its email provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message passes through Meta. These services may process data outside the Kingdom under their own policies.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as we work with you or as the law requires, whichever is longer, and then destroy it.

Your rights
